This is the biggest rip-off company in the world..
I just wanted to download a owners
manual for the car I just bought..
I thought I was paying $4.95 for the download.
Not only did I not get the downloaded owners
manual, The next day quamm media company, charged me another $69.95 for nothing...
Tomorrow I will close my bank account so they can't get any more of my money.
