Placed an order for a complete set of NYPD Blue DVD'S. Arrived... VERY POOR quality after several attempts to contact these rip-off artists, I was told I could mail them back and get a FULL refund... DID NOT HAPPEN!!
Not only did I not get a refund, it cost me another $33.00 to mail them back!!
Big rip-off company!!
