Ordered complete series sets of NYPD Blue & Miami Vice. Unlike other complaints I've now read, at least I did receive my order. However, like others, the quality was terrible. Many disc were literally recorded straight off the television with commercial interruptions. The disc would lock up and could not be advanced beyond that point rendering the entire disc unviewable. I cleaned them, tried a high dollar disc repair machine and tried them on multiple players to no avail. After reading the other complaints I didn't bother to contact them. My advice is to steer clear of these thieves and warn everyone you know.
