Cannot get drivers to update until I get a Registration No. Which was not sent in the confirmation email. Perhaps no one works on the weekend, but just want to let you know I have taken a few companies to the BBB and I never lose. I am a senior on a very limited income and I want action NOW. The Search led me to believe I had reached HP and that is certainly not true.
