They advertise wholesale generators e.G. Generac with 7 to 10 day shipping. They only accept bank wire transfer. I was stupid and wired money. They gave me a phoney tracking number for a PT Indah Transportation. The shipping company's phone number comes back as unregistered. On their tracking site, the generator has been in every country on an airplane for the past month. Phone Attempts to contact Arengka Agung were unsuccessful with no number registered or emails from someone telling me that this is not their problem. The shipping company responded once and said the "maybe the generator is late due to hurricanes in all of the countries". Scam scam scam
