I sent them my used cell phone, and also used the code from tv to get an extra $10 added to my quote. Their website says that they sent out my check to me on 10/31, yet I haven't received anything from them except the (Inappropriate Content Removed) I get from their CSR's on the live chat option from their website!!! I'm so tired of the games with this company, and I'm interested joining in on any lawsuites being filed against this company!
