My account had a check in the amount of $30.00 that was attempted but the funds were not available.in light of this, my account was charged a NSF for $37.00. I have never applied for a loan from this company, LoanTree Advance, and did not authorize this payment... Especially for funds that I have not received! I don't have much money so this has put my already small account in the negative. I want my money refunded and I would love to sue for punitive damages as well.
