I ordered a bowl for my food processor and was sent a lid. I get it, mistakes happen. # weeks after I mailed them back their lid I received an email telling me my credit for the part i didn’t order but paid for might take an addition 60 days to show up as a credit on my account. So let me just say this back to you: Cuisinart is planning on keeping my money for something I didn’t order and didn’t want for 3 months before they return it to my account. Guess where I am not shopping again.
