This company treats it's employees poorly. They did not pay me the amount promised (lied on interview how much I would be making, and then did not fully pay me the amount I earned at the hourly rate they decided to give me (several dollars lower than promised) These people were very bad to me, the GM Chris Lerch, and the Youth Director Joanne (in my oppinon) do not know how to run a professional place of business, or enviornment for employees. I waited for 4 months to receive two checks
from them from when I started working there, when the check finally arrived... THEY REMOVED 30 DOLLARS for wage-garnishment (because they said they had to re-issue a check (I had never received one from them) I am still waiting on receiving the 2nd check and for them to remove the criminal 30 dollar charge, they instructed me to contact their legal team! This is not the proper way to treat someone who worked for the company.in my oppinon their values and priorities are lacking, and they are clearly disorganized, to fall on such simple tasks as paying an employee on time, and when there is an error NOT being able to fix it.
This all not even to mention lying to me about how much money I would be making for the company. I would not give these people my business and I would NOT trust my children in such an enviornment, I would NOT reccomend anyone to work there as they pay very little, are not honest, and are not (my opinion) running a business properly.
