After 5 weeks of training, 4 hours per day, and an additional 2 to 3 hours of practice and study per day to boot, 5 days per week. And after passing all on-line exams, just when I thought I was about to work for the client Rogers communication, the Instructor has the gall to send me an email saying that I don't know how to operate the systems.
This is pure nonsense, I had technical difficulties at times, with logging into their systems, which is quite common. But to just boot you out of the training with all the time and money you spent preparing to work this client and without notice is pretty classless. Their motto seems to me is that "We have thousands of people standing in line to get into one of our class and we certainly don't need you." Very Arrogant and disrepectful to say the least.
