I started working for a company called Reign Worldwide Communication which is partnered with Arise. Arise allows individuals to start their own business as a IBO or Independent Business Owner after doing so an individual can service America's top fortune 500 companies. At the time I did not have the funds to become my own company so I applied with an employer. Reign Worldwide Communication was my IBO so I had to sign a contract with them known as the SOW or statement of work in order to service the client which was AT&T Mobility IRU. After paying $400 for training and fees I started to service ATT clients. My first paycheck gross was $146.77 which was 772 minutes after Reign took out 39.90 for benefits some kind of MCA Motor Club America which I did not really authorize, and the 19.75 Arise fee which you are required to pay while servicing the clients. So net pay was about $87.12 you are paid by how many service minutes you accumulate which 0.19 per minutes is based on how many calls you average. I was currently in a nesting phase for 30 days so I could not average no more than 20 hours a week. I got my first invoice which took additional 10 days to receive after applying for direct deposit with Reign. They took longer than normal which was suspious because direct deposit only takes 2 to 3 business days. I did not get paid until the 9/13, and pay period ending was between Aug 1 to Aug 15th supposedly they had to do a checking account verification to verify whether it was the right account. Too make a long story short recently I never got invoices or payment for the last 5 weeks I serviced the ATT Mobility client. After talking with my District Manager of Reign Worldwide Communication he says that my performance was better than average and that I would be paid differently, instead of 0.19 per minute I would receive a hourly rate of 9.00 per hour and 2.05 per call. He also said he would email me my invoices for weeks I currently worked. Sept 16 to Sept 23, Sept 23 to Sept 30, Sept 30 to Oct 6, Oct 7 to Oct 14. After speaking with him on the 10/14 the next day I worked from 11p to 2p. After returning from break I was going to service from 4pm to 8pm, however I came back and found my SOW Statement of Work for AT&T was terminated for no reason, and I was taken off the schedule. I called and emailed Human Resource then I contacted my district manager and got no response. I contacted partner support for Arise they said they do not get involved with revenue between IBOs and employees so it was nothing they could do. Arise says I can no longer service the Att client because my SOW was inactivated. So the company stole close to $2000 in my 5 weeks compensation, they terminated my SOW never sent me invoices for the hours and minutes I serviced and I can no longer service the ATT Mobility client. After emailing human resource 10 times and trying to contact my district manager I still got no response from Reign Worldwide Communication. Currently I am unemployed and Arise will not reinstate my SOW avoid working for this company at all costs their IBOs are fraudulent and can get away with anything even without paying their employees. They will not reinstate SOW's since you come out of your pocket to pay for training and fees
