I went to these guys as a broker. A brokers fee is only to be charged on acceptance of a loan. I didn't I through with any loans offered to me. I authorised the £1 deduction at the time of application however I most certainly did not authorise them to deducted the £68 two days after Christmas!!! They do not have a contact centre and do I have to wait for them to call me?!? Absolutely outrageous!
