Applied for this loan but hadn't realised it was just a broker. The website stated would send application & forms for cancellation within 7 days. However still a month later I have nothing & they have taken a £68 fee. I have had no luck trying to contact them via phone. Now I'm £68 down. I'm looking into making an official complaint
