This company took this money from my account and i have tried to get it back but they will not answer any of my email. The other complaints on here talk about loans i never received a loan from anyone so i do not know why they took this money i am old and live on a fixed income please help me get my money back they took food money and money for presents for my daughter-in-law and son and this stinks that a company can take from people without permission maybe i need to go to the district attorney
