Taking money out of my bank account when they didnt even have my permission they say i applied for a loan in march but they money goes out 2months later without any warning and permission, not happy about it at all phoned up the company and he said if i send a email that i would get my money back, so i sent the email and said that i would like to wish to cancel to what ever i was and would be happy if u had reimbursed my money back to my account as they had no right in taking it and minutes later i recieved a email back saying that i couldnt cancel it as i had gone past the 7day cooling period which was new to me as i didnt have a clue about this company - still waiting to hear from them but hopefully with all these complaints then surely summit will get sorted out soon enough
