My kids thought they were purchasing tickets for me for a George Strait concert in Oklahoma City. They found this place to purchase the tickets online for me for Christmas and wanted it to be a surprise so used their debit card to purchase them. The initial price that the website showed was $89.50. They continued to check out and assumed that the amount that showed was what they paid. When they received an email, instead of showing the amount they thought they paid, it showed $697.20. They were charged $285 per ticket plus a $59.50 service charge and an additional handling charge. They didn't know what to do about it so instead of telling me, they wanted to wait for Christmas to give them to me. When they printed the e-ticket, it was in Brendan McCoy's name, not theirs. Obviously, we would not even be able to claim the tickets if we took them to the concert.in addition to that, the ticket shows the purchase price of $89.50 with a $3.00 handling charge. I will be taking the entirety of this to the bank in the morning to determine what they can do about it. I am just sick that people prey on the unsuspecting people. What are your suggestions to make this right or get the money returned?
