This company selectively gives misinformation and hides behind the idea that if someone in the company "misinformed you" the misinformed party is still responsible. Case and point; the complex expects the party moving out to give the keys to management 6 hours before said lease is up to "avoid a late fee" (however management does not plan on prorating
back money for time not spent at the apartment). If the keys are turned in the following day a note is written and the individual is charged a FULL DAYS RENT; however the keys do not need to be signed in. This means even if the keys are
not late management can say they are and you are threatened to be taken to collections unless you pay said amount. This along with the multitude of thefts of car parts, especially rims, have lead me to file this report on Camden Vanderbilt.
It is a beautiful complex with the WORST customer service I have ever seen.
