We replied to a listing on Craigslist for a Condo for rent @ 436 Portland. The "owner", Deborah Bellis set up an Ebay account that was to hold our money until we received the keys and made our decision. We used Western Union to sent $1,400 to the Ebay account and recieved a followup letter saying the keys were in the mail. We have heard nothing further.
