Company says a shipment was received by me on or about 11-20. I never received it although the company states they have proof the U.S. Post office delivered it to my mailbox. Apparently, someone took the item from my mailbox because I never received it. Another charge was placed on my bank account on 12-18-12 for $89.99, at which time I disputed the charge via telephone with Viadox and they said since I didn't cancel the order within 15 dYS of the original shipment on or about 11-20-12 they had authorization to send the second shipment. I talked to Mike - Employee # 99 today (12-24-12) with Viadox (800-468-7861) and explained to him that I was gonig to return the second shipment to them for a full refund and he said the company would not receive nor honor the return for a refund. This company is as BOGUS as they come.
