Ripoff, Fraudulant billing I ordered on COD. And put deposit down

I ordered photographs on COD was told that they would be delvered in 2 weeks and that the post office usually holds them for 30 days. We aggreed to that and put money down on the purchace and did not hear from them for almost a month, then when we did hear from them we recieved a letter stating we had 10 days to pay the balance or they were going to disgard our portraits due to "lack of space" and keep our deposit. When we were under a clear impression from their sales man that it was suppost to be delivered to the post office. I believe that they would send our product if we paid in 10 days, but the way they presented the offer to us during time of sale was misrepresented to us, I had tried to call the office and left a message and never recieved a call back. The company mis represented themselves at the time I purchased the voucher for the photography session I was told by the sales man they had sitting in k-mart that if we bought the 10 dollar voucher on "that day only" we would not need to pay anything else all we needed to bring to the session was the voucher. At the time of the session we were told there was a sitting fee, which would not have bothered us if we knew about it but we were told differently buy their sales rep in order for him to get his sale.
