We were offered a portrait package while shopping at our neighborhood grocery store. My husband scheduled the photography session and paid the required deposit. We took our 2 daughters and niece to the photo shoot where they collected an additional sitting fee for each of the 3 subjects (cash only). My husband paid the sitting fee and we were ushered into a back room where they had a make shift studio set uo in the back of the store. We waited at least an hour as they had us choose from poses and background settings. Looking back, we were lied to from start to finish. Finally, after the photo shoot, we were given a time to return and view the photos. When we returned at our scheduled time, they were no longer set up at the store and could not be reached via telephone. They took our money, our credit card information, stole our valuble time, and left us empty handed, searching, angry, and without a single picture of our children.
