It promised me a $599.00 Sony Digital Camera if I completed a consumer survey; upon completing the survey, I was required to subscribe to 2 of their clients that was in the survey; I subscribed to BMG Music and Columbia DVD Movies Club. To date, I have received the CDs and DVDs I ordered, but no response to my e-mails as to the status of the camera or the camera itself. This was done on 10/23/04.
Today is 11/12/04. I have done a search of their "address" and it does not appear to be a credible address; they are also not registered with the State of Florida Division of Corporations - as a LLC, INC., LP, or fictiousness name. I am therefore in the process of cancelling my subscriptions due to my agreement based on fraud and I refuse to do business with companies that would do business with shady companies such ss this one.
