I ordered the Lil Rider 12/13 it came back damage the on/off switch was broken. I emailed bargainroom to get a return address for exchange. They told me that they would get back with me within 48 hrs. As of today 12/24 they haven't got back with me. Their policy return sucks. I didn't want money back, I wanted to exchange it, now I want my money back because I ordered this item for Christmas. And it is too late now.
