I ordered a kid motorcycle from Bargain Room and it was delivered by ups on 12-18-12, when I opened the box and begin to check everything the back of the motorcycle was damaged pieces were in the bottom of the box. I contacted Bargain Room to let them know and what I needed to do to send the merchandise back, someone name mary emailed me and said someone from the refund department would contact me, but no one never did. I emailed them again and someone name Immy contacted me and said the same thing Mary said. As of today no one has contacted me yet.
