Their return policy requires the cnosumer to email their customer service department and them wait 48 hours for a response.
I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. I also waited on the $! Bargain and when it the clock came down to zero, nothing happened!
Where is the bargain that I waited so long for?
The quality of my purchase is very poor. I understand that this occurs however, their return policy needs improving. A telephone number or street address for returns would be very helpful. Thank you, Lillian Colon (Personal Information Removed)
