On 12/17 I was contemplating ordering the $4.95 trial. When I got to checkout, I READ, the terms and conditions and decided not to submit order after all. I backed out of that page and closed my browser. I DID NOT CLICK ON SUBMIT AT CHECKOUT.

Later I got an email that my order had been received and my RegalCigs were shipped!
I did not complete the order submission and DID NOT want to order.
I got them in the mail 12/22.

I am waiting for RMA # at this time, so I can return it.

The terms and conditions were not available until I got to checkout, I did not click on submit the order at checkout, and the RegalCigsCo. Sent them anyway.

Bad RegalCigs, not the way to build a clientele base!

So those of you who did not read the terms and conditions, it appears it does not matter if you click on submit order or not, too late!

The packaging was all very nice, but the charger did not operate as documented in their folder in the package (I did read that also) It says that it has a light that turns green when done charging and that the end of the battery lights up while charging... Doesn't happen. Have had issues in the past with another ecig - (E.L.)- in the past with charger malfunction, so I was hoping that maybe this one was different. NOT.

I am going to continue on with my current unit.
