Award Notification Commission I just won millions of dollars but need to send them a fee to process it or will be disqualified

Company states that it has had several winners in my area but I am unable to verify this.

They state that I have won millions but they need a fee to process my winnings or I will be disqualified.

They are now saying that I have to participate in a a skills test and answer it correctly to be a winner

The question that thy ask, a 5 year old could answer.
