I ordered a Nikon SB 910 flash for $369 with credit card online. Few hours later got a call from "Joseph" asking when did i need the flash. I said ASAP. He said i had 700 orders in front of me, but he could do 2 day delivery if i paid COD. I was reluctant, but agreed since it was for a christmas gift.
He continued to sell me an extended warranty for another $20. Yep, stupid on my part.
Flash comes 3 days later. Open it up to find a Sigma Flash worth about $135. A few calls into Joseph, i finally reach him. He claims we got the wrong order from the "warehouse". He quickly puts me on hold... For a while. I hang up and call back. While waiting, i discovered this site. This time, he was confrontational and said i should be happy since i have a "$450" flash. He said the other person who got my flash was sending it to me. I began to ask for more proof... He hung up on me.
I'm on the way to the police station and the FBI... Watch out Joseph.
