I was charged a $30.00 fee also with this company. When i called them they gave me the run around and said i applied for a loan with them. I couldnt hardly understand what they were telling me. They had hung up on me to and i called back. This is a big scam i too will have to change my bank account so they dont take anymore money. True ripoff!
