I noticed 2 amounts on my credit card, which I did not know. The first was for £4.95 on the 14th Noverber the second was for £79 on the 14th December. I have not had anything from these people, that they can remove money from my account is very distressing, being alone this is very stressfull. I emailed them, the reply was to telephone, but I could not get an answer. I just do not know what to do, other than cancel my credit card, which I have but they told me that may not be the end of it.
