I authorized a $1.03 charge for a "trial" and then was charged an additional $3.87. I called customer service to find our the additional charge was for shipping. Although I wasn't happy about the additional charge, I thought for $5 bucks it wasn't a big deal. I was then charged $78.41. I called and called only to repeatedly be told that the trial period had ended and there was nothing they could do to refund the money. Very deceptive. Not willing to give me any information about calling another number for the supervisor's boss. Just kept reading from thier "script" that they were "Sorry, but the ansser souldn't change."
