I paid 4.95 for a free trial, than they took 114.95 out of my checking account, i have not even opened the trial package. I called and they refused to refund my money, this company is a scam, i feel i am entitled to my 114.95 refunded. Asap phone number for emeraldlux is 1888412-6086, they also sais i went over the trial period, i did not see anything about that. Please call them for me, times are really hard right now, thank you susan
