I also was charged a $30.00 fee on 11-21-12 that I was never aware/told about! I tried to get my money back they said that the money would be back in my account on 12-14-12 and I called them today since the money was not in my account, and they told me to wait 5-7 business days and then check my account and that I was suppose to call on 12-14 to get them to put the money back in my account, which was never the case the first time around. And the person barely spoke English, I had to ask this person to keep repeating what he/she was saying. If my money is not back in my account in 5-7 days, then I too will have to close/reopen my bank account as well, which I can not afford either... Good luck to all trying to get their money back..
