Horrible service!

I went in for my appointment to take my 8 month old baby girl for her first pictures and when i got there on time the woman who was working had told us to come back in 10 mins because she was "too busy" soo we made a lap around the department store and when we got back she told us to keep waiting when there was no one else in the store. She was during in the computer. When we finally were able to go in we were not given the chance to pick out a back drop or posses and she had this attitude and kept trekking us that we didn't have alot of time and that we had to rush because she wanted to go on her break. Really? These pictures were supposed to be a good memory of my baby. And it was nothing but horrible experience. Not only did they not take there time and rushed us out but when i went to go pick up my pictures we were supposed to be given a free page because they could not give us everything on our package at the time. So when iwent again to pick up those pictures they had lost them! They could not find them so i left my name and phone number for the manager and never recieved a call. Nit onky were tgere custumer service bad they also lost my pictures. They did not give me the quality service that they supposedly stand for and i am very dissapointed with them and the company and will never go back or refer them.
