This is a classic story for Chat and Vision. I have buy a Skype phone one month ago but still did'nt received it. After complain, I got an answer 2 weeks ago from Chat and Vision who tell me they are sorry (and bla bla bla) and I must tell them if I choose from the refound or replacement of my order. I choose remplacement because I NEED this phone. Since there, I got NO answer, no explainations, no replacement after 3 mails. At this time, I really don't know what to do. I just wrote a complain on Skype forum, and now here in. It's really ashame from Skype to work with such bad compagny like ChatandVision, where complains are hundreds. I feel bad about all this. The only positif thing it's the situation oblige me to practice my english... But what about my phone???
