I ordered 1-Urban Decay Naked Palette and 1-Urban Decay Naked II Palette, both new in box, on 11/13. I received a shipping notice on 11/17. I never received the merchandise. I emailed the company on 12/7 and 12/14. I have received no reply, no refund and no merchandise. The order number given is 16450.
