I placed an order for Urban Decay eyeshadow on 11/10. I received an email on 11/16 saying that my order had shipped. I contacted the company on 12/1 through email and received an automatic reply that due to Hurricane Sandy everything was delayed. I have yet to receive my order and I am out $66.00. I have called everyday for the last week, and no one answers the phone.
