I ordered a makeup palette on this website for my mom for Christmas and never received it. I sent them an email just before Christmas asking if I would get the item for the holiday and they sent back a generic email about how the recent hurricane on the east coast has delayed their shipping. However i still to this day (5 months later) haven't received my order or any other emails from them. Total scam.
