Blooms today has been charging my Visa account $9.99 per month. They are extremely hard to contact to cancel these charges. Finally called 1-800-371-6048 and got a "live" person. I was informed I could cancel and did. Was also told the latest charge would be deducted from my Visa account. The charge appeared again today on my Visa. Phoned again and tried to explain the error. Bloom rep was not cooperative; got same excuses as the previous call I made. Again informed the rep I wanted this latest charge removed from this months Visa bill. Again she informed me that would be done. I demanded an email conformation of this latest agreement re: the deduction from my Visa account.
