I placed an order online on 8/17. I received part of the order fairly quickly; the other items were marked "backordered" (although they were marked "in stock" when I ordered) with the exception of one I knew was a preorder for 9/30. As of 10/30 I have still not received any communication/items from the company, despite several attempts at contacting them via email (they do not give a phone number). I received one "set" reply once, in which they wiply resent the original order confirmation. I searched the internet for a phone number, traced the online company to a store in California called Hobby Japan with a phone number of 310-793-3161. I caled several times; always get an answering machine that doesn't even name the business, but simply repeats the phone number. No replies to messages left on the machine. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau on 10/31 (complaint ID 98731196); I finally received a report back from them that states they were also unable to get a response from the company. I continue to contact them to no avail.
