I place a order on 11/18 after 1 week and no item shipped I called and got a answering machine then I Left message and received no call back. After a few more days passed I sent a email that I was going to contact the better business bureau and then received email that it should ship in a week. As of yesterday I requested a refund and no replies yet. I will go to Better Business Bureau website and open a case. I'm also going to check with payment source to see if they can help or if purchase was insured and let them help fight this battle. So much for that Christmas gift.
