We have the USPS receipt, shipping confirmation and photographs of the package containing a SECOND Talking Kermit Doll that we shipped to Helen Gross immediately when she said in an email to us that she didn't get the first doll, which was also shipped via the USPS. We sent her TWO Talking Kermit dolls and she never paid us for either of them.
We did everything right and still Helen Gross; 9641 W 95TH PL SAINT JOHN, IN 46373-9048 got away with stealing our merchandise!
We do have photos of the dolls and photos of the second package that we shipped to her.
