The company has been lying on their website regarding their room sizes and accomodation.
They advertise that the rooms are 400 sqfeet. The size is not even close. They call themselves a 4 star hotel. Thats a joke. Thyey dont even have an alarm clock in their rooms. When discussed with management, their conflicting reports regarding how they are to handle this was evident of a company that knew they were frauding the public. They first promised that they will acomodate us with a larger room, later on the higher authorities called in and stated that my request was rediculous. They practically were calling me a liar but it was them who are lying and basically have an arrogant attitude of take it or leave it. It is difficult to come with your family and last minute get up and change hotels.
I hope others realize this to be the case and stop using this hotel.
