Sent off my I-pod for installation of a new battery on October 22. They charged my Master Card $ 39.94.

I called three times, only got a voice message. Left my phone number, no one has returned my call. Called again today 12/12 left a message that it has been 1 1/2 months since I sent my i-po off, where is it???
