Thousands of dollars in Parking fines that weren't my fault, that weren't contestable 5 boots in a year rip off to citizens of Los Angeles

5 boots in a year, that's what I got. All for tickets that I didn't deserve, or that I payed against my better judgment, too late. Tickets for a parking permit not visible, because the car behind me parked too close, ticket for failure to display front plates when my front bumper was knocked off in an accident, ticket for parking in front of my building with the flashers on BEHIND someone else, and I got the ticket with in 15 minutes.

And the coup de grase, TOWED for 6 tickets for expired Registration and Expired parking permit. ALL OF WHICH I contested, and never heard back about ALL of which were given to me WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE DMV TO PROCESS MY PAPER WORK! I sent in the fees, and signed the forms to renew BOTH registration and the permit and in the 2 months it took the DMV to process my stuff, I got 6 tickets, all of which were incontestable. Now I owe $996 for doing the right thing. NOT ONLY THAT, but I have had to wait 3 days to schedule hearings and get duplicates of my records and in those 3 days I am being charged $100 a day for the towing space. $1500 when all is said an done. I want to sue!
