This company charged me $200 after selecting their free trial for 7 days. I canceled the account within 4 minutes of learning I had been charged. I called the customer service number and got an answering machine. They never returned my voice message. 2 days later I got an email from their customer service rep. Matt Brossard who insisted it was my fault and he wouldn't refund my money. I can't believe it. Now I am going through Visa Card Services to handle it. This is a complete scam and I am going to call EBay (They endorse them) to indicate what a scam this is. Be warned what a terrible company this is to deal with.
