You should have checked the BBB, you have to watch out for those A rated companies that have resolved every single complaint. How dare they work with 10,000 customers each year for the last 7 years and think that it is acceptable to have 25 complaints. My problem with them is that I am a terrible closer and so I couldn't close any of their leads because of it. So it must be that their leads are bad and not that I am just bad at my job right? If only I had read the monthly agreement that I signed when I started my service which said that I would be charged if I didn't call in by the end of the trial period to cancel my account. How deceiving of them to tell me that they were going to charge my card next month like they did and then have me sign that agreement and send it back to them. Do they really expect me to read everything I sign? I mean come on, it was one paragraph, I can't read that much in one sitting.
