Same as others. Rachel Ray site gave this ad. It was not stated in any way I could read and understand that these additional charges would be made without authorization. Called and was told there was nothing he could do (Adam).. That he was the only employee... And he could not give me the boss/owner's name as he did not communicate with customers. I ask him to reverse the charges (15.00) charge also from TN RBN that he took credit for for "refills" not ordered. And he was rude. Told me to "try". My husband tried to talk to him... Also just told him there was nothing we could do and hung up. The TN. # had no answer. This company is a complete rip off... Adam Lopez is the name of the person I was speaking with, if that was really his name. I also told him I was reporting this to the CA police. And he did not care at all. Do NOT fall into this scam. I trusted this ONLY because it was on a Rachel Ray site. And I read thoroughly. The first and last ad I will ever respond to. I was unaware that the ad's on celebrity websites were not approved by that celebrity. These companies take advantage of innocent people who do not know all the ropes they use. I am also reporting this to our Trouble Shooter at WRAL news channel 5 in North Carolina. I will spread the word wide and far. I am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute these charges. Thank you.
