I ordered the free trial and you just paid for shipping of 4.95 on 11/1. I received my credit card statement on 12/10 with a charge of 89.99 for a product I did not order or receive since my sample one. I am disputing this amount with my credit card co. I want my credit card credited back! Had I received more of the product I would have sent it back for a full refund. You stole 89.99 form me, this is unacceptable. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the co.By phone and was put on hold for longer than 45 minutes listening to the same music and recording. I want my money back now!!!
