This seems like a scam to me! I wasn't smart enough to check the web before I went ahead to complied with their offer. I trusted it because it came from RealPlayer, originally. I wanted to use a feature of the free RealPlayer (convertor), which has worked previously for me, no problem. When I clicked on it this time, it took me to an upgrade page, and when I declined the upgrade, it offered me a FREE upgrade if I would complete a trial of a nother company's product, which I did. On the upgrade page's link to qualifying products, the "Go Daddy" website hosting company was listed as having "Instant confirmation". But when I clicked on on it and found a product I was interested in and made a purchase, there was absolutely no connection back to RealPlayer OR Trialpay, and no credit for having made a qualifying purchase. Even though I gave them proof of the purchase, they "can't locate it" in their records, and it doesn't count. I indeed have my website, however, from GoDaddy. I have contacted TrialPay twice in a row, and they give me the same answer. It is a small amount, but it is the principle of the thing. It is angering. It seems RealPlayer, or the other companies using TrialPay might possibly have responsibility in this. Thank you for letting me express my indignation!
